Everywhen events are temporary villages built from art, story, hospitality, care, and shared effort.

If you are thinking about bringing something: welcome. We want your strange, beautiful, useful, funny, sacred, handcrafted, generous, participatory, story-rich ideas.

If your Creation has already been accepted: welcome in. This guide explains how to prepare, arrive, integrate, activate, and leave the site better than you found it.

A Creation can be a workshop, performance, installation, camp, art piece, ritual, hosted experience, support role, service, or other approved offering.

Everywhen is not a passive venue. It is a co-created world. Your Creation is one thread in the larger village.

The Everywhen Ethos

Everything we do is guided by five principles:

Build Community — Contribute to belonging, mutual support, and shared responsibility.
Nourish the Spirit — Create space for joy, rest, reflection, and wonder.
Tell Tall Tales — Bring play, myth, ritual, humor, and imaginative storytelling.
Leave No Trace — Pack it out, minimize impact, and restore the site.
Do No Harm — Practice consent, care, safety, and respect.

These are not just values on a page. They shape how Creations are selected, placed, designed, hosted, documented, and struck.

How to Use This Guide

There are two guides:

The Event Guide contains public-facing policies for everyone attending the event.
The Creator Guide contains Creator-specific guidance for integrating your Creation into the event.
