This does not mean your work has to look like everyone else’s. It means your work should feel intentional, site-aware, and connected to the larger village.

Placement, Schedule, and Flow

Everywhen sets the final schedule, placement, location, route, stage or space assignment, activation window, and attendee-facing presentation of each Creation.

Tell us what would help your Creation succeed. Maybe you need morning light, quiet, shade, proximity to water, a trail, a dining moment, or distance from amplified sound. We want to know.

Do not move, expand, shrink, rotate, reschedule, amplify, or relocate your Creation without approval.
