How Your Creation Fits the Village
The Must-Knows: Safety, Site Care, and Approvals
</aside>
This is the practical page. Read it before you build, pack, plug in, light up, serve anything, or open to attendees.
Power is not available by default.
Everywhen may use variable voltage, nonstandard voltage, lighting-only circuits, specialized power runs, battery systems, distribution systems, or other power configurations that are not standard household voltage.
A cable, outlet, or connection that looks familiar may not be safe for your equipment.
Never plug into Everywhen power unless both are true:
Independent power should be silent and battery-operated first.
Generator use is an exception and requires advance approval and onsite sign-off.
Sound is part of the shared environment.
Amplified sound is not approved by default. Acoustic, low-impact, and site-sensitive sound is preferred unless the event specifically calls for amplification.
Creators using sound must respect quiet hours, sleeping areas, workshops, rituals, dining, neighboring Creations, wildlife, site requirements, and Production direction.
Fire, open flame, candles, flame effects, fire spinning, pyrotechnics, fireworks, smoke effects, heat sources, fuel systems, and similar elements are restricted.
Do not use or introduce any fire, flame, heat, or pyrotechnic element unless Everywhen has approved it in writing and signed off onsite.
If your Creation includes food, tea, beverage, samples, ingredients, herbs, smoke, medicine-adjacent materials, or anything attendees consume, tell Everywhen in advance.
